Constitution
In 2011 Boxing Australia completed a governance review which resulted in the establishment of an appropriate governance platform, including the conversion of the organisation into a Company Limited by Guarantee.
At a General Meeting in November 2025 the constitution was updated and was voted for unanimously by our State and Territory Member Associations.
