Passing of Sandeep (Sunny) Dutta

Boxing Australia is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Sandeep (Sunny) Dutta.

Boxing Australia sends its heartfelt condolences and unwavering support to Sandeep’s family, friends, and the Boxing NSW community.

Sandeep was a well-respected Australian 3-Star R&J who worked tirelessly for NSW and Australia, who showed tremendous character and passion for the sport he loved. Sandeep boxed in India, and his family, which still resides in India, are heavily involved in boxing.

Sandeep officiated at the recent Australian Elite Championships in Adelaide and was awarded the Best R&J for the tournament.

Sandeep will be deeply missed throughout the community.
