Amendment to 5.15 of Appendix 5 and instert of Appendix 4 of the Technical and Competition Regulations.
Deleted Appendix stated:
5.15 of Appendix 5 - Delete the expression '45' where it appears.
New Appendix inserted:
5.15 of Appendix 5 - Replace with '21'.
Appendix 4 - State 'Appendix 4 is intentionally left blank'
